Mostly — you can safely submerge the probe and silicone cable in liquid for short periods of time. (And yes, we've brewed beer with it.) The exception is the black probe that comes with Range Dial Grill Pro, which should be kept away from moisture.
Range is not dishwasher safe, so just give it a scrub in the sink.
